The Seller of the goods offered on https://babymemorybook.eu Baby Memory Book Limited on the one hand, further in the text referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, further in the text referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, concludes the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer by the Buyer’s order.

Ordering

For the Buyer to place an order through this website, he must register by providing the following information: username and password. After registration, the Buyer specifies the information essential for the order execution. Once the Buyer has filled in the data, he/she has the right to choose between the 3 offered book colours. The Buyer when placing the order choose colour, quantity, and if all sections shall be printed.

Payments

The Buyer has the right to pay for the product by using the payment tools embedded on this website or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

All payments on the website are made in USD or EUR currency.

Delivery

After the payment is received, the Seller contacts the Buyer within 2 working days, indicating information about the production deadline. Usually, the production time is up to 30 days. When the book is created, the Seller sends it to one of the delivery companies (DPD, DHL, or Latvian Postal Office). The Buyer, at the time of the order, indicates the exact address, name, and surname of the recipient and contact phone number. Shipping is free.

Usually, the Buyer receives the product within 2-4 weeks. The Buyer is informed about the estimated delivery time by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the product is made according to the consumer’s instructions or if the product is personalised. Only in cases where the Product is significantly damaged during production or delivery, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment the Product is received, by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller ([email protected]). A picture confirming the damage must be attached to the rejection letter. The Buyer is obliged to return the Product to the seller within 14 days after sending the letter of refusal. Expenses to send back the Product are covered by the Buyer.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

The Buyer approves the use of personal data by the Privacy Policy.
